Our service portfolio: We offer all services and tools related to digital sales marketing from a single source: strategic consulting, SEO, data analytics, website and e-commerce development, UX design as well as the implementation and system integration of HubSpot. In addition, we offer self-developed solutions such as digital trade fairs and event platforms, CTT (content transfer tool) and digital academies.

Interroll is a leading global intralogistics company based in Switzerland. CU developed the corporate website and implemented the integrated lead generation processes with HubSpot. Through these processes, Interroll has generated more than 90,000 qualified leads in the last 12 months.
Sappi is a global player in the paper market and manufactures raw materials for the production of a wide variety of papers. CU supports Sappi in the area of PSP (Packaging and Specialty Papers). The long-standing partnership is very comprehensive, starting with the strategic development of buyer personas, through conception and design, to the programming of the website. Pardot was integrated into this as a marketing automation system and connected to the Salesforce CRM with an interface.
Lexbizz is "The 360° business software for SMEs". The innovative cloud software belongs to the Haufe Group. The core of Lexbizz's digital sales marketing is the product website and HubSpot's integrated marketing automation. CU advises Lexbizz on the conception and implementation of persona-based lead generation and lead nurturing processes. The goal is to generate qualified sales leads for exponential growth.

The management of Coders Unlimited consists of the three Managing Partners Uwe Freese, Thorsten Scherff and Jan Steinbach, who each hold equal shares in the company.
Experience both on the corporate side (marketing o.tel.o and synfis AG) and on the agency side. Together with Jan Steinbach, he founded OneCircle, a digital and dialogue agency, which he merged into the Havas Group in 2006. Until August 2013, he was COO of Havas Worldwide Düsseldorf. Since 2013 he is Managing Partner at CU (formerly Xengoo) and responsible for client management.
CTO, computer scientist and experienced system architect with a focus on web platforms, e-commerce solutions and app-development. He leads the development of all digital solutions as well as the individual developments. The team's tech stack is very broad with over 20 programming languages, CMS, frameworks and SaaS solutions and covers the important current technologies. Until August 2013, he was CEO of Havas Worldwide Düsseldorf, SAP's lead agency. In this role, he was also SAP's strategic advisor for over 5 years. Founder of two start-ups in the field of media and digital health. Since 2013 Managing Partner of CU (formerly Xengoo) and responsible for CU Consulting.
CU was formed in 2020 from the merger of Xengoo Consulting GmbH and Coders Unlimited GmbH.
Xengoo Consulting was founded in 2013 by Uwe Freese and Jan Steinbach as a B2B consultancy with a focus on inbound content marketing and was one of the first HubSpot partners in Germany. For the programming of complex web projects, such as multi-language corporate websites or shop platforms, Xengoo worked intensively with Coders Unlimited. Over the years, this collaboration developed into a close partnership with Coders Unlimited and its founder Thorsten Scherff.
In 2020, the "logical" step followed: the merger of Xengoo and Coders Unlimited. Under the brand "CU" the services of both companies were restructured. The result was a new company with a unique value proposition around the topic of DIGITAL SALES-MARKETING.
The three Managing Partners also stand for the three company divisions: CONSULTING, SOLUTIONS and SERVICES. The CU business proposition has already proven to be relevant from the start. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, CU achieved an increase in turnover of approx. 40 % in 2020.
